At our youth ministry meeting tonight, the topic was God's gift of sex and sexuality. The parish's youth minister gave one of the best quotes of the night, and probably one of the most true that I've heard:
"You're not an object! You have faces and souls and stuff . . ."
How true.
When asked what the "stuff" was, it was a great answer: "You know, everything else."
This is why youth ministry is so awesome . . . and so important.
